We are very proud of our village and the fact that it is very quiet and remote. Please bear in mind that if you are not located in the centre of Coveta Fuma you will need to get the tram, a taxi or drive to the bars, beach and supermarket. The local supermarket also does car hire.

Supermarkets |
|
|
| |
|
Our local supermarket in Coveta Fuma is open 6 days per week for a few hours every morning and afternoon/early evening and on Sunday just during the morning. If you are arriving out of these times you may want to pre-book a welcome pack with food and drink basics, to get you started.
The town of El Campello has many large supermarkets and you can access these by tram, taxi or car.

Tram

A few years ago we nearly lost our station, but after plenty of objection and picketing we were allowed to keep it, but we were given a reduced service. Therefore, stations Pueblo Español, L'Amerador, Coveta Fuma and Cala Piteres only have an hourly service each way, on Line 3, also, you will need to request the tram to stop when you want to alight, by pressing the button on the door.
If you are travelling further to Alicante, Benidorm or Denia you will need to change trains at either El Campello or Venta Lanuza, for journeys in both directions. This all sounds very complicated but it really is quite straightforward. |
